Office Fit OutValue: £311kLocation: Norwich, NorfolkClient: Norwich Research Park“When MJS were approached to undertake this work at pace, I was left in no doubt that not only could they achieve my outcomes in the required timeframe but that they would, without any sucking of teeth, move heaven and earth to do so and moreover achieve my goals with a smile on their face. That they did so on time and in budget whilst balancing the somewhat competing needs of landlord and client is a measure of the design solution they put forward. Would I use them again – without any shadow of a doubt and I would recommend them to others also as a construction team of great integrity and purpose.”

Ward AlterationsValue: £1.3mLocation: Wisbech, CambsClient: Cambridge Community Services NHS Trust“I would not hesitate to recommend MJS Projects and, in particular Lee Wymer and Dan Bunting based on my experience to date. Both are very client focused, keeping me informed on all aspects of the project, and consulting with the team on any grey areas. Any issues have been thought through and talked through with sensible solutions being recommended.
Most of all I have appreciated their openness and honesty, even when on occasions delivering news I did not really want to hear!” -

Anti-ligature WorksValue: £600kLocation: Norwich, NorfolkClient: Norfolk & Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust“MJS completed the first phase of a ligature reduction programme for the Trust. The work comprised the total refurbishment and remodelling of 21 visitor wc’s located in reception areas at various healthcare properties across Norfolk. The extensive programme had to be undertaken whilst the buildings remained operational and within a tight timescale. To meet the requirements of the Trust, the refurbishment of areas had to be undertaken simultaneously.
The Trust required a high standard of workmanship and finish – which MJS delivered – resulting in bright, hygienic and compliant environments on completion. Based upon my experience, I have no problem in recommending this team for managing future projects.”
