“This project related to partial refurbishments of live science facilities.
With their ethos MJS were best placed in the delivery of these works as they understood the science being undertaken had to be maintained and that their works needed to be completed in conjunction with keeping the research ongoing and all systems live. They took time in determining the appropriate methodologies required to ensure that research and licenced welfare conditions could be maintained within the appropriate parameters required. It was apparent from the outset that the time for planning of works would exceed the construction period, but this time has ensured that during construction no unforeseeable issues occurred.
With the management and logistics required for these works, and having the right team appointed beneath them to support these works, MJS Projects service has been second to none in the delivery of another successful project at the UEA.
